2. Purchases and Transactions

The Service involves the sale and transfer of digital virtual items (CS2 skins and other game-related items). You acknowledge that:

• All items purchased are digital virtual items with no physical component
• Once delivered to your Steam account, items cannot be returned for a refund unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy
• We do not guarantee the future value or tradability of any digital items
• Digital items may be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party platforms like Steam

2.3 Delivery

For delivery of digital items, you must provide an accurate and valid Steam Trade URL. Delivery will be conducted through the Steam trading system. Failure to provide correct information or to accept the trade offer within the specified timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

5. Termination

7. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
